Before concluding on the posts on "Like attracts like" I would like to make a few concluding points on "Like attracts like". I will start explaining Rule #2, as introduced in my introductory post, from the next post.

I would also like to mention that I will introduce you to simple do-able action points in the last post on "Law of Attraction" to fast track you on manifesting your desires. Why I have kept this part for the end, is to help you start on the journey after understanding  the nuances of the law clearly and completely.

Concluding points:

1/ When we came into this world, we were not empowered to change the entire world to our liking. It would have been a chaos had each one been empowered to do so. The world was designed to have diversity. However you can always create your own world by using "Like attracts like".

2/ Never ever focus on what you do not want. Always focus on what you want. The "Like attracts like" acts on the essence.

For example: a thought like " I do not want fever" will attract more thoughts of fever and disease as the focus is on fever make your thought persistent and strong and ultimately cause you to suffer. The correct thought is "I am in perfect health". Never think "I do not want poverty" as the focus is on poverty which will cause you to be poor. Instead think "I live in abundace of wealth".

3/ If in the course of your day, you see something which you do not like, do not get attached to it emotionally. Suppose you see an accident where someone is lying on road badly injured. I am not telling you to close your eyes and leave the person lying on the road. If you do so you will have a bad feeling and you will start attracting disquieting experiences. What I am telling you to do is to come to assistance of that person but do not get emotionally attached to the incident. Just do what best you can do for that person, pray for his wellness and move on.

Today's triggers:

1/ It is not the incident - an accident, a natural catastrophe, a bad decision etc. -  which creates the bad emotions within us but it is our opinion - our interpretation - on the incident which is responsible for generating the emotions within us.

2/ Different people will have different opinions on the same incident. How we interpret any incident depends on the values that we have learnt from our parents, society, religious beliefs etc. It is natural that differences in opinion will exist. A person who has an opinion different from my opinion is not an adversary. Allow other opinions to coexist. The scriptures say that nothing in this world is bad or good, right or wrong. It is all a matter of the mindset one  has.
