Make your thoughts crystal clear - III

I thank the readers of my posts who have pointed out some spelling mistakes. It will be my endeavour to take proper care in my posts in future. Thank you.

Creative Session is a very fruitful way for creating a focused visualisation of your desire thoughts, clubbing two or three of your dominant desires, fine tuning your desire to the point of "Ahaa!" Which enhances the emotion in your desires. 

You need to reserve 15 minutes of your time every day to do this. During this time no interferences please. I will suggest early morning as the right time to this. There is no limitations to the number of times that you can do but do it at least once every day. You can also do this before going to sleep.

I will illustrate the Creative Session with an example. There is no meditation posture involved in this. The requirement is to adopt a posture which you can hold for 15 minutes. I personally sit in the padmasana mudra. Take two or three deep breaths and relax your body. Now the session starts where you silently utter your thoughts and visualise them.

"I love to come to this time and space for manifesting my desire. I see myself in perfect health, slim, muscular and strong, full of energy and vitality, joy and happiness, walking tall, straight and briskly. I see myself as attracting many people. I accept what is good in them and allow them to the choices they have made in their lives without judging them.

I travel to my various appointments in my BMW X7 white luxury sedan. I feel so comfortable in my car. I travel to all my appointments smoothly and safely. I reach all my appointments in time. 

On weekends I travel in my car to rural places and locate intelligent students who need to nurtured and supported financially for higher education. I have created a Trust to support 20 such boys and girls every year. 

After work I return to my home. My home is located in a 5 acre landscaped area with lots of tall trees and greenery. My home is double storied building with Victorian like architecture with tiled roof. My car stops under the portico and I get out smoothly from my car. I walk into my house. On the right side of my entrance is the sitting area with lot of sofas with a chandelier hanging from the roof. There are two bedrooms on this floor, a meditation room, a library room etc etc........ I add lots of details of various rooms on both floor, my library, the kitchen, a Gym, the terrace etc. I make my house come alive........ I take tea, read newspaper, enjoy the morning sun and early morning cool breeze sitting in the terrace.

Three walls of my library are lined with books. There is  photocopy machine, a fax machine and scanner, an Apple desktop in my library. Sitting in my library I see myself writing cheques for the scholarship of 20 students whom I am sponsoring through my Trust.

I am prosperous and money flows to me in abundance for maintaining my lifestyle. I am connected to a source of unlimited money. I earn much more than I can spend.

My house is filled with the energy of love, happiness and gaiety. When I move out every day I am attentive to all things good and invite them to my life.

I thank you for all my blessings, for all my privileges. I am thankful for all that I have, for all that I am."

There you are. Juggle around till you come to the "Ahaa!" moment. In the above example the car, house and Trust are all desires. The desires are expressed as if they already exist in physical reality.

Everyday we see some people who are more prosperous than us, who stay in bigger and better houses than us, who drive better cars, who appear more happy. Do not get jealous. Jealousy is an emotion of lack. It implies that all good things have already  been taken by others leaving nothing for us. In this mode you start attracting lack.

When you see someone with something which you would like to possess, praise the thing and welcome it to your life. Include it in your Creative Session. Understand thst everything is in abundance in this universe.
