There Is Nothing Wrong With You
Cheri Huber

A few quotes from the book:

“All of life's conflicts are between letting go or holding on, opening into the present or clinging to the past, expansion or contraction.”

“If you had a person in your life treating you the way you treat yourself, you would have gotten rid of them a long time ago...”

Cheri Huber is a student and teacher of Zen for over 30 years.

The book is about how from childhood we are made to conform to the norms set by the parents, society etc. We are branded "inadequate" if we do no do so. One is compared against the other and shown where he is falling short. The "something is wrong with you" syndrome is drilled into us unconsciously.

The author comes up with a very deep insight into this phenomena and shows how to counter mindset of inadequacy.

A must read for everyone.
