The 7 Master Chakras
Diagnosing blocked chakras - II
The fourth method is a variation of Kinesiological test. Place your left hand palm over a chakra. Close your thumb and forefinger of the right hand to form a circle. Take the help of another person and ask him to prise your closed fingers open. If he meets with resistance, then that particular chakra is fine. Repeat the test with other chakras.
The fifth method is observing your sleeping habits. People living primarily in the root chakra will tend to sleep for 10 to 12 hours on their stomach. Those who live primarily from their sacral chakra sleep for 8 to 10 hours in prenatal position. People living from their solar plexus chakra sleep for 7 to 8 hours on their back. Those living from their heart chakra sleep for about 6 hours on their left side. Those living from their throat chakra sleep for about 5 hours resting on the left and the right side alternately. A person living from the third eye chakra will spend about 4 hours between sleep and waking sleep. Waking sleep is a state where the body rests while inner consciousness is maintained. A person living from the crown chakra hardly needs any sleep. Such a person rests his body periodically.
The other direct methods of assessing the chakras, like aura watching, energy body sensing, pendulum dowsing etc., require intense practice.
