Back to the roots - I

To recapitulate, I had mentioned that harmony in all levels of our existence speeds up the manifestation process as nothing else. 

To learn and internalise the process of manifestation, I had introduced the most fundamental Triggers in my posts on the Law. I have also introduced the fundamental meditation process in my four part Calm Mind posts. I have tried to keep the new learnings as simple as I could to facilitate easy adaptation and get the desired results. Calming of the mind is most basic requirement for developing the ability to concentrate and intensifying our thoughts to speed up the manifestation of our desires.

I would like you to take you the next level - the Spiritual Level. I am not talking of God as we worship based on our religion, believers and non-believers, religion or being a saint. I am talking of developing our Spiritual Body. With the development of science and technology some call this as the Energy Body or Auric Body. Correctly speaking the energy body is comprised of multiple levels. These are mentioned extensively in old Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Buddhist manuscripts.

We are not only our physical bodies. We do not perish with our physical bodies. We are not physical bodies seeking spiritual experience. We are spiritual entities seeking physical experience. Our Spiritual Body is beyond destruction. It is something which many of us will resist to accept. A decade back, I was also part of this group. I have, subsequently, been made to realise that this is the truth, Absolute Truth, irrespective of whether we accept this or not, believe in this or not. Why I say that I have been made to realise the existence of spiritual part, is because I have been fortunate to have been made privy to certain experiences. Such revelations come to some of us, and not all of us, for reasons not known to me. I know of a few people who get these experiences deliberately.  I am not able to get these experiences at will. They come on their own. Except the first one, these experiences have given me profound peace. Yes, I am at peace with myself.

The first experience occurred in 80's when I was a strapping young fellow in my early 30's. I was suffering from some physical ailment and was not in best of spirits. At around 8 in the evening, while I was lying on my bed with the lights dimmed, I suddenly started having goose pimples all over my body. I had a distinct feeling that there was something in my room which was not quite normal. And then I saw a hazy presence in one corner of my room. I do not have the words for describing the presence. It was like smoke with no particular shape. I could make out some of its facial features. One eye did not appear to exist. Otherwise it was face quite like a human being. I cried out and sat up on my bed. I was terrified. The presence disappeared. It happened on the next two consecutive nights. I described what I was seeing to my parents and wife. We came to the conclusion that I should go and see a Psychiatrist which I did. The Psychiatrist, after a few sessions, came to the conclusion that I was hallucinating and used certain medical terms. I also felt that I was probably hallucinating as I was not not in best of health and spirits. I was put on a course of mild tranquilisers. The matter ended there. I did not have repetition of such experience again till I the year 2008. What happened then gave me some insights into our existential truth. 

I will come back soon with my next two experiences. The first one revealed to me the truth on our existense and the second one confirmed.
